Installation Instructions

  • Check that the cases and collectors do not have any sharp parts that could damage the milking liner wall.

  • Check for any foreign bodies inside the milking liner and immerse them in hot water for a few minutes.

  • Place the milking liner inside the torch and pull hard.

  • For “long” milking liners (equipped with milk tube), make sure the position indicators are aligned on the same vertical axis thus avoiding twisting of the milking liner inside the case.

Suggestions

  • Check daily that the products in use are used regularly and that they are cleaned correctly.

  • Avoid combinations of different detergents, detergents with high acid content.

  • Cleaning products left in contact with the milking liner for a prolonged period of time promote corrosion of the material.

  • Do not expose the product to: sharp objects, organic residues, grease, oil, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, ozone.

  • Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and corrosive substances.
