Shipping policy

SHIPPING METHODS

We rely on national express couriers (e.g. SDA; BRT; DHL etc.) for our shipments.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. Orders placed by the Customer over the weekend are handled the following Monday.
To monitor delivery tracking, use the tracking number received by email upon order confirmation, or request it via the contact page.
For destinations called “remote areas,” such as small mountain locations or countries with low industrial density, delivery times may be slightly longer than the guidelines.
The cost of shipping varies depending on the amount of goods placed in the order.
Please note that during the promotions and Christmas period, the processing of new orders may encounter slight delays.
For orders placed by new Customers, Spaggiari Gomma S.r.l. reserves the right to cross-check between the Company that issued the credit card and the Customer's Credit Institute, in order to verify the goodness of the transaction and then proceed with the shipment of the ordered goods. This procedure, may result in slight delays on the shipment of the first order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The customer (private) may request, within fifteen (15) working days from the date of delivery, the return of any product, including those on offer, if he/she is not satisfied with the purchase made.

The costs incurred for the return shall be borne by the customer.

In general, before any request, Spaggiari Industria Gomma S.r.l. stresses to make sure that the products to be returned are in the same condition in which they were received, that is:

they must not have been opened, used or damaged;
they must be returned in their original packaging;
Products to be returned must be entrusted to the courier within five (5) working days from the date of return communication to Spaggiari Industria Gomma.


Verification of product integrity may take up to seven (7) business days.

Spaggiari Industria Gomma S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or late shipped returns.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR RETURN REQUEST

Communicate the return request by writing to the following email address info@spaggiarigomma.it indicating:

order number;
the item you wish to return;
the reason;
the desired method of compensation, among those provided below
contact details.
Wait for Spaggiari Industria Gomma S.r.l. to take charge of the request sent and authorize the return;

Proceed with the preparation of the goods to be returned, once authorization has been received.

The customer is free to use any courier for the return of the reported products.
